Hi Timothy!
Yes, I agree that "natural laws" govern all humanity, based on free will and consent of the governed.
Clearly you do not consent to these authorities or institutions that do not represent you.
However, consent goes both ways; the law of reciprocity or Golden Rule applies to all people even under natural laws.
Please make sure you do not violate the consent of other people, especially who DO believe in and invoke these other authorities.
that's where the cults and jihadists and others go wrong.
Please do not make the same mistake, but work toward setting up your own jurisdiction so nobody enters your
space or relates to you which does not share your same principles in natural laws and consent of the governed.
here are resources to help you:
1. independent currency or backed by labor or barter
this makes all people equal, since anyone can do this legally
www.ithacahours.orgwww.ithacahours.comPaul Glover and the workers unions have this system down
and train other people to set up their own local labor exchanges.
Three rules to keep it legal
a. currency must be larger in denomination than a 1 dollar bill of Fed money
and smaller in size
b. currency must remain within geographical bounds (ie no selling over the internet etc
which got other people busted in the past)
c. any exchange of money for goods, services, work etc. that would normally incur a tax
as if fed money were used will still incur the same taxes to be paid to the same authorities using their currency
If you want to get around that, then set up a nonprofit or church run school,
buy land and set up a database of work-study credits for course work
where people can track volunteer hours and the nonprofit/church provides housing and food by volunteers.
If it is set up using school scrip to TEACH people how economics works,
if it is within a school or education setting as part of a course, then maybe that won't be taxed
if it isn't real money exchanged with real businesses, but just "play money" to teach from like a MONOPOLY board game.
I am happy to help you experiment with this model if you want to see how far off the grid you can live.
Tim I believe in free exercise of religion under the Constitution.
if your beliefs as an anarchist are that far off from the norm that you cannot even use
the currency that pays taxes to state or feds, then I can try to help you set up
a nonprofit school system that you can run yourself and not involve anyone but you
and others who agree to the same system.
If there are taxes or property costs involved that you cannot pay, either financially or by conscience
becauseo f your beliefs against t hese things, I am willing to find sponsors to pay that to set up
a school so you can live freely by your beliefs without infringement by outside authorities you don't believe in.
let me know how serious you are about this. I'm sure others feel the same way
and need a safe place to "exercise religious beliefs" in natural law and freedom from authority without consent.
Again, Tim this cannot be to violate hte consent of others or you are in conflict with the same laws.
it has to be for respect and consent of all people, and then there is nothing wrong with setting up your
own campus or district to live by local authority, like a native tribe. Just need to have
conflict resolution and other things in place to help with relations with outside people or institutions
unless those issues can be resolved too.
2. best way to buy land and property to be as independent as possible
try the real estate models taught by mentors who teach regular working people to retire as wealthy investors on passive income from rental property
example:
www.luinc.comif you understand this model, you can either do it yourself, or form a team of investors and eventually hire other people to do all the work for you
3. if you want to set up a church to buy land so it is taxfree
look at lakewood church in Houston that bought out the Compaq business center
look at historic properties or businesses that will be shut down or torn down
unless investors buy them, and get grants to set up nonprofit centers for
housing and jobs for VETS and you can get money to set up property
and programs like schools. so you can volunteer there, set up charities
and internship programs to provide services and just operate that way.
you manage other people to do all the work for school credit or volunteer
as a charitable and business training program, and you get housing health care and food for free
as the manager volunteering to help train Vets and others to govern themselves independently.
if you want to declare natural laws and constitution a religion,
I support that. if you can't get nonprofit/religious status, you
might go with a DBA/LLC as a business and write off all
business expenses for running your school off your taxes.
so you will need a tax lawyer and accountant to do all this work for you.
if you make your project a center for helping Vets, maybe some of them
can bring in admin support to do all this work for you.
if you don't believe in Fed govt authority, and you don't believe it is your responsibility to
meet all their requirements you did not consent to, you are still responsible for
enlisting help of other people who can resolve those conflicts for you so this is not an issue.
if you don't have a place to set up such a program based on your principles,
you can move to Hawaii and join the natives there trying to set up rules for
their native tribe in relation to US feds still controlling the islands as a state.
or DC, or Freedmen's Town where I live that is going through this same conflict.
We have historic property to save, so I want to use that as collateral to
pay back debts to taxpayers with credits to invest in historic restoration
as a campus district. see
www.freedmenstown.comwww.campusplan.orgso you are welcome to join us and try to set up a model system for developing
campuses around historic districts, prisons or sweatshops that need to be converted into schools for restitution,
military prisons and teaching hospitals, and communities along the border:
www.earnedamnesty.org4. for conflict resolution and mediation, any group that teaches or practices
Restorative Justice and consensus decision making is the most inclusive way
to end political dominance and bullying monopolizing due process and redress of grievances.
examples: the Green Party consensus model that was adopted by Occupy
(but must require that any objections or objectors be resolved by offering alternatives
to resolve the conflict or it blocks the consensus process)
alternative dispute resolution or
Alternatives to Violence Project
(also Justice or Prison Fellowship)
Center for the Healing of Racism, nonprofit forum and dialogue training
co-mediation training through TALA or other groups that offer this on a nonprofit basis
5. spiritual healing and forgiveness studies, research and development
I started listing resources here:
www.spiritual-healing.usBasically Tim there are at least 4 key areas where you will need full knowledge
to be free and equal with no fear that others can control or oppress you:
1. spiritual knowledge of the laws
knowing that forgiveness and spiritual healing/deliverance of past karma or generational sins/curses
can heal mind body and spirit, and also relations with people and institutions,
of any form of abuse or social ills, that also result in mental, physical and criminal illness
2. knowledge of civil laws and government
including conflict resolution/mediation to reach consensus,
restorative justice and restitution, especially how to resolve
church-state issues so people can govern freely and efficiently without fear
3. knowledge of property laws, finance and credit/microlending, and sustainable business and cooperative economics
this is the number one area where people are not equal
and how political bullying gets its power, by preventing people from having
equal self-governing authority over land. we need to address this first and foremost
4. knowledge, access, and/or assistance to media, technology and education/training/experience in areas of skill and interests
other people told me to add this to the list. i took it for granted because I have always pushed for this,
so people who don't have access to knowledge of the other 3 need this to get help from people who do.
Timothy what areas do you need the most help with?
the property/land issue of where to live while you work out the other areas?
please reply on how i can help you connect with resources.
you can do this, but it must be done right and legally
so you focus your energy on creating and building
and don't waste a single cent or second "fighting authorities"
because that is what kills communities: the war of attrition by bigger bulllies.
don't pick that fight, put all your smarts energy time and resources
into winning solutions and attracting people who believe in the same things.
We all need to pool our resources together and help each other.
no reason or time to fight.
let me know how i can help you!
yours truly,
Emily
National Freedmen's Town District
or what's left of it
www.freedmenstown.comyou are welcome to come move here
if you like the idea of setting up credits from past govt abuses of tax money
to reinvest in restoring this national historic district as a school
and creating jobs for volunteers, vets, preservationists,
students and teachers in managing a self-governing campus to
end the cycle of oppression, abuse and political bullying.
We could use serious people like you!
To take this campus model, develop a working pilot program,
then expand on it to apply to prison and immigration reform,
end trafficking and sweatshop slave labor, and set up
sustainable communities along the border to enforce laws correctly:

and where you want to start or need the most help.
Thanks Timothy!
